Accommodation
International Conference Services Ltd.(ICS) is the official and ONLY housing bureau for CDDW™ 2027 and will support all delegates with their accommodation needs for the conference. Special rates and added amenities will be available exclusively to attendees who book through the official housing bureau. While ICS has secured the most competitive group rates possible, hotel pricing outside the block may vary. We encourage all delegates, presenters, and partners to support the conference by booking within the official housing block.
From time to time, delegates may receive emails claiming to be working on behalf of ICS or CDDW™. These are scams and we caution delegates about using them. ICS is unable to assist in any reservations made outside of the official housing bureau.

Accommodation can be booked after your conference registration. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your accommodation. You can also complete your booking using the link provided below.

Housing Terms and Conditions
Booking Deadline: Thursday, January 21, 2027, 5:00PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).
Payment Information and Restrictions
Rates are charged in CAD and based on single & double occupancy excluding taxes and fees, currently at 20.68% (subject to change without notice).
A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after April 2027. If the credit card is invalid, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation and Reduction in Room Nights Policy
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than January 21, 2027 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after January 21, 2027, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
