Registration for CDDW™ 2027 will open on September 15, 2026
The CDDW™ 2027 Conference will be held from February 26-28, 2027, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Once registration is live, this page will be your main access point — please check back on September 15 for full details and to register.

Registration fees for delegates are exclusive of 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
CAG Members
- Active membership is required for 2027 and opens Sept. 1, 2026 (expires Dec. 31, 2027).
- Renew or check your membership status on MyCAG .
- Member discount codes are no longer required. Once your CAG membership is active for 2027, your member registration rate will be applied automatically.
- Please register using the same email address as your MyCAG account.

Accompanying Person Registration
Accompanying Person Registration (18 and over) can be purchased by contacting cddw2027-registration@icsevents.com. The pass includes access to the Exhibition Hall, Networking Receptions, coffee breaks, and lunch on your selected day.
Privacy Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in CDDW 2027 constitute an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.
Badge Scanning
By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties.
Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Conference Organizer may be required, and your information will remain confidential.
Payment Policy
For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with American Express, Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Conference. Cash and Cheques will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be received by each registration deadline to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate, and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the CDDW 2027 Secretariat’s address on or before January 22, 2027 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after January 22, 2027 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Letter of Invitation for International Attendees
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter Canada will be issued to you ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Conference Planner. Further instructions on how to obtain your Invitation Letter will be provided during the registration process.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into Canada.

Registration should take around 15–20 minutes — not because we enjoy testing your patience, but because it allows you to book your registration, function tickets, and hotel all in one go. Future you will be delighted.

Requirements
*Low Income Countries – We follow the World Bank classification list. Applicants from countries classified as low-income or lower-middle-income will be eligible, and this will be automatically filtered during registration.
**Students and Nurses – Proof of status is required at the time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your institution’s letterhead or a copy of your ID. Student rates are only available to full-time students.

Payment Information and Restrictions
Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the applicable rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if payment is not received in full.
Registration payments are accepted by credit card only. Please note that we are unable to accept wire transfer or cheque payments.
In accordance with current international sanctions and banking regulations, we are unable to accept any payments originating from the Russian Federation. We are also unable to accept wire transfers or cheque payments from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, North Sudan, the Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine, or Zimbabwe.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the IFFS 2027 Congress Secretariat’s address by 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 165.00 administrative fee, in accordance with Committee policy.
Cancellations received after 19 March 2027 (23:59 GMT) will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
